Copyright and Intellectual Property

The content, data, and materials made available through threatlandscapemonitoring.com (the “Service”) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice (“Notice”) sets forth the rights of Ecliptica Labs AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, corporate registration number 5591448443, with its principal place of business in Stockholm (“Ecliptica Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the obligations of Customers and users of the Service.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
1.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all software, source code, databases, content, reports, threat intelligence data, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property (collectively, the “Materials”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Ecliptica Labs.

1.2 Except as expressly permitted under a valid subscription agreement or license, no part of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Ecliptica Labs.

2. License to Customers
2.1 Customers with a valid subscription are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials solely for the internal business purposes of the Customer’s legal entity.

2.2 Such license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the Customer. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Ecliptica Labs.

3. Prohibited Use
3.1 Customers and users shall not, without prior written authorization from Ecliptica Labs:
(a) resell, redistribute, or republish any Materials to third parties;
(b) disclose, share, or provide access to the Materials outside of the Customer’s legal entity;
(c) use the Materials to create derivative works, competitive products, or services;
(d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in the Materials.

4. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Service are the property of Ecliptica Labs or its licensors. Nothing in this Notice or the Service shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of Ecliptica Labs.

5. Reservation of Rights
Ecliptica Labs reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Unauthorized use of the Materials may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.

6. Governing Law
This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection herewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
